2. Description of Service

Warestack provides an engineering intelligence platform that helps development teams monitor, analyze, and improve their software development workflows. The Service includes features such as code review monitoring, deployment tracking, analytics, and automated notifications.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Warestack cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings.

5. Free Trial

Warestack may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. At the end of the trial period, you may be required to subscribe to continue using the Service. We will provide clear notice before any charges apply.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Warestack and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. User Content

Our Service allows you to connect third-party services and integrate data from your development workflows. You retain all rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to access, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
